About us

Son Nokta Rope Access

We provide services in hard-to-reach, high and hazardous areas with a risk of falling, using the rope techniques of mountaineering. With our expert staff we deliver safe solutions that comply with occupational safety regulations.

Given the nature and risk level of the work, we make sure our technicians are university graduates and have completed all relevant training.

Our approach to safety

On every project we apply the standards of international occupational safety and rope access authorities:

  • OHSAS 18001
  • International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (UIAA)
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA)
  • Australian Rope Access Association (ARAA)

How we work

  1. Before work starts, a risk analysis is carried out and a rope access checklist is prepared.
  2. The surroundings of the work area are secured to protect third parties.
  3. Every technician is anchored at two points and uses two ropes.
  4. Helmets, harnesses and automatic safety devices meeting international standards are used.
  5. The team communicates by radio.
  6. Reports are made during and after the work; equipment and progress are checked continuously.
  7. All technicians wear the same uniform.
  8. Staff are briefed on the operation in advance.

Our equipment

All the technical equipment we use is approved by recognised authorities in the field and tested to EN and CE standards.
